Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress for CI/CD integration
- Document defects with precise steps and severity ratings in JIRA
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
- Conduct cross-browser testing across 15+ platforms
- Maintain test environments and test data integrity
- Analyze metrics to improve testing efficiency and coverage
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA experience with SaaS applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong SQL skills for database validation
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
