Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Modeling: Design, build, and maintain complex database models and schemas to support business intelligence needs.
- SQL & ETL: Write optimized SQL queries and assist in the development of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data integrity.
- Business Intelligence: Create interactive dashboards and reports (Tableau/Power BI) that provide real-time visibility into KPIs and performance metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality standards are met and contribute to the company's data governance framework.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Science, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Expert-level experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex business problems using data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
