Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced data models to solve complex business challenges
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Maintain and enhance data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience with measurable impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis background with experimental design experience
- Proven track record of translating data into business strategy recommendations
- Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics preferred
