Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs that align with business goals
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user interviews and analyze feedback to inform design decisions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on constructive feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote best practices in user experience design
- Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies through continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional UX experience
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex B2B/B2C digital products with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in user research methodologies including persona development and journey mapping
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
