Responsibilities
- Lead Data Strategy: Design and implement complex data models and ETL pipelines to support high-volume data processing.
- Advanced Reporting: Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise narratives for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Database Management: Maintain and optimize SQL databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility for all teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data workflows and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced query writing), Python or R, and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Visualization Tools: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
