Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify defects and bugs.
- Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new features do not break existing functionality.
- Document and track bugs in JIRA, ensuring clear communication with the team.
- Analyze log files and system behavior to diagnose root causes of failures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database querying and validation.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
