Responsibilities
- Visualize Complex Data: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track business performance metrics in real-time.
- Model & Clean Data: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate product features and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate & Consult: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Automate Reports: Build automated reporting systems to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency for stakeholders.
- Drive Strategy: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise recommendations for C-level executives and department heads.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive actionable insights from ambiguous data sets.
