Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Extraction: Gather, clean, and interpret large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Reporting & Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and business metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in data.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, and executives to translate data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement based on data-driven insights and propose solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python or R, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to think critically and solve complex problems using data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with ETL processes (e.g., Airflow, Talend) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
