Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large, complex datasets from diverse sources to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data architecture.
- Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear, compelling presentations and written documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities by analyzing workflow data and recommending data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for database querying, data manipulation, and optimization.
- Strong experience with Python or R for data scripting and analysis.
- Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
