Responsibilities
- Prompt Architecture: Design, develop, and refine complex prompt templates to optimize the output quality of LLMs such as GPT-4 and Claude.
- Model Evaluation: Rigorously test AI responses, analyze performance metrics, and iterate on prompt strategies to reduce hallucinations and improve accuracy.
- Integration: Collaborate with software engineers to seamlessly integrate prompt engineering workflows into our production pipelines.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive libraries of prompt strategies, best practices, and evaluation benchmarks for the engineering team.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, evaluating new models and techniques to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or working directly with Large Language Models.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Python and experience with API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
- Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a deep understanding of tone, nuance, and context.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Problem Solving: Ability to deconstruct complex problems and formulate precise, logical instructions for AI systems.
