Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, sales, operations) to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and forecasting to support long-term strategic planning.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase the timeliness of business intelligence.
- Document data pipelines and analytical models to ensure transparency and maintainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
