Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across all digital products
- Conduct user interviews and analyze feedback to continuously improve design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on constructive feedback
- Stay current with UX/UI trends and emerging design technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies including usability testing, persona development, and journey mapping
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible interfaces
- Experience working in Agile development environments
