Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL pipelines and data warehouses to support business reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data scripting and analysis.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
