Responsibilities
- Lead Data Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive data models and pipelines to support business intelligence needs.
- Visualize Insights: Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to understand requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast trends and optimize business processes.
- Data Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous data audits and cleansing to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our datasets.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong command of visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
