Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high data quality and integrity for analysis.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Build and optimize automated SQL queries and ETL pipelines to improve reporting efficiency.
- Present complex data insights to executive leadership and stakeholders through clear, compelling presentations.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analytics and machine learning to propose process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and aggregating large databases.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with Python or R for advanced data manipulation and scripting is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment is preferred.
