Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and database models to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Design and implement interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and reports to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Present findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling, and visual manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for database querying and management.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience creating visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
