Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct complex data mining and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key metrics for stakeholders.
- SQL & Data Modeling: Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets and develop data models to support business reporting needs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization within the data pipeline and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to support ad-hoc reporting and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and experience with visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI is required).
- Programming: Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and validate data integrity.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven stories to diverse audiences.
