Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data integrity and quality.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify business needs and translate them into robust data requirements.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Create detailed, non-technical reports and executive summaries for stakeholders, effectively communicating complex findings.
- Automate manual reporting processes and data pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical data into understandable business value for non-technical audiences.
