Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines using Python and SQL to process large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Analyze customer behavior patterns to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to A/B test new features and measure impact
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with proven SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis background with experimental design knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills translating complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end analytics projects
