Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Document data processes and create detailed reports for management.
- Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
