Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities using SQL, Python, and R
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for accuracy and efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategic value
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies
- Certification in data analysis or related field (e.g., CDA, AWS Certified Data Analytics)
