Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Document defects with detailed steps and expected results in JIRA
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Analyze test results and recommend process improvements
- Maintain and enhance test documentation
- Validate product compliance with technical specifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with testing methodologies (black/white/grey box)
- Experience with regression, smoke, and usability testing
- Knowledge of SQL and basic scripting (Python/JavaScript)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation certification a plus
