Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for C-level stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for operational optimization projects
- Present findings to executive teams with compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with HIPAA/FERPA
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Tableau
- Strong statistical modeling background with experimental design experience
- Healthcare or fintech industry knowledge preferred
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics
- Proven ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience with CI/CD for data pipelines
