Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to final implementation
- Conduct user interviews, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma/Sketch
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Analyze user behavior data and iterate designs based on metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B and consumer applications
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Principle
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies and testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
