Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI for real-time monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Perform statistical modeling and predictive analysis to support long-term strategic planning.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and machine learning concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
