Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Monitor system performance, health, and security alerts using industry-standard monitoring tools.
- Support junior staff and management with basic scripting and automation tasks.
- Participate in code reviews and learn best practices for cloud security and compliance.
- Document technical processes and update system architecture diagrams.
- Respond to technical support tickets and resolve basic cloud-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions into business workflows.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience is required; however, a strong desire to learn is essential.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and the internet.
- Enrollment in or completion of a Computer Science, IT, or Engineering degree program (or equivalent self-study).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic familiarity with Linux command line or scripting languages is a plus but not mandatory.
