Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines to process large-scale datasets from multiple sources
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate key findings
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and build comprehensive reporting frameworks
- Present data-driven recommendations to executive leadership with clear, actionable insights
- Maintain data quality standards and implement robust governance practices
- Stay current with emerging analytics technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R for data manipulation
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in A/B testing and predictive modeling
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives for non-technical audiences
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
