Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines using SQL and Python to process large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize KPIs and trends
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market opportunities and operational inefficiencies
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives
- Optimize data models to improve accuracy and processing efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts and implement best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Tableau
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques (regression, clustering, hypothesis testing)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data tools (Spark)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or AWS Data Analytics preferred
