Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data quality and implement tracking solutions
- Create monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics and actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data-driven decision-making across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with 2+ years in tech/fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL (window functions, complex joins) and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong statistical analysis skills including hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and cloud data warehouses
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
