Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced data models using SQL, Python, and R to solve complex business challenges
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize digital marketing campaigns across coastal markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership with clear business impact analysis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
