Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone and email, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Manage IT inventory and asset tagging.
- Install and configure operating systems and office productivity software.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN) is a plus.
