You will work closely with senior engineers to resolve technical issues, maintain our infrastructure, and provide exceptional support to our employees.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Resolve: Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for internal users.
- User Support: Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person to ensure minimal downtime.
- Asset Management: Manage IT inventory, perform equipment setup, and perform regular hardware maintenance.
- Documentation: Log all technical tickets and resolutions accurately in the helpdesk system.
- Network Support: Assist in troubleshooting basic network connectivity and printer issues.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems and think critically under pressure.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible part-time schedule, including some evenings.
