Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline efficiency and quality
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear recommendations for business strategy
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of driving business impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ETL processes
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Certification in Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar is a plus
