Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design projects, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs in Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop and maintain our design system components and documentation
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design improvements and iterate on solutions
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) across all digital products
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B applications
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, journey mapping)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) for effective collaboration
- Certification in UX design or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business metrics
