Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to minimize downtime

- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for end-users and remote systems
- Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance activities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and support
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies

- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills
- Knowledge of cloud networking concepts (AWS/Azure)
