Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines for healthcare datasets using SQL and Python
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders to track KPIs
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends in patient outcomes and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data storytelling
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/Redshift preferred)
- Expertise in Tableau and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with healthcare data and HIPAA compliance
- Python programming with pandas/scikit-learn
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
