Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale financial datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to define KPIs and implement A/B testing frameworks
- Develop predictive models to support mortgage origination and risk assessment initiatives
- Present data-driven insights to leadership through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with demonstrated impact in fintech or mortgage industry
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of complex dashboard implementations
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Certification in AWS/GCP data analytics platforms or equivalent cloud experience
- Experience with mortgage origination systems and regulatory compliance (RESPA, TILA)
