As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you'll protect critical infrastructure while advancing through our structured curriculum covering threat detection, incident response, and compliance frameworks. This position includes a 6-month paid training phase with guaranteed employment upon successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate security incidents and coordinate remediation efforts
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement and maintain security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Document security incidents and maintain compliance reports
- Collaborate with IT teams on security architecture improvements
- Stay current on emerging threats and security technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to complete paid training program
- Ability to work in rotating on-call schedule
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA Security+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
