Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify market trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards for executive stakeholders in Texas and Michigan
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for e-commerce optimization projects
- Mentor junior analysts and document data governance protocols
- Present findings to cross-functional teams including C-suite executives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipelines
- Optimize ETL processes for 10M+ record datasets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Proven track record of translating data into business strategy
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ complex analytical projects
- Remote work experience with asynchronous collaboration tools
