Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining: Extract, clean, and transform massive datasets using SQL and Python to ensure high-quality, actionable intelligence.
- Dashboard Engineering: Design and maintain intuitive, interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs and track real-time performance.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop statistical models and forecasting algorithms to predict market trends and support long-term strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Data Governance: Establish best practices for data collection, storage, and security to maintain compliance and integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Visualization: Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
