Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data models using SQL and Python to support strategic business decisions
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis to optimize product features
- Partner with engineering teams to improve data pipeline quality and automation
- Present findings to C-level executives through clear, data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with 2+ in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis background with experimental design experience
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
