Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards tracking KPIs for product performance and user engagement
- Partner with product and engineering teams to design and implement A/B tests for feature optimization
- Present complex findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Build predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Document methodologies and create reusable analytics frameworks for team scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and at least one visualization tool
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Experience in A/B testing methodology and statistical analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ complex data projects with measurable business impact
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
