Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and BI tools
- Design and deliver compelling visualizations and dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Partner with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create ad-hoc reports to support strategic decision-making processes
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses
- Maintain data integrity across multiple sources and systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
