Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate based on feedback and analytics
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing diverse digital products
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe XD/Sketch, prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with flexible deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
