Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models using SQL, Python, and Power BI to uncover actionable insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Automate data pipelines using ETL tools like Alteryx and Azure Data Factory
- Present findings to leadership teams through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality across systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling skills and experience with hypothesis testing
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)
