Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing)

Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing process
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript is a plus
