Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for clients
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Provide remote and on-site technical support
- Document tickets using IT service management tools
- Assist with network setup and security protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex issues
- Participate in regular training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for on-site support
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
