Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize business strategies
- Create data pipelines to automate reporting processes and ensure data integrity
- Present insights to executive leadership with clear recommendations for action
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
