Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure accurate, timely reporting across all business units
- Design and execute advanced statistical analyses to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and growth opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to executive stakeholders
- Partner with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance against strategic objectives
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and provide recommendations based on experimental results
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring quality, security, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis with proven track record in business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
