Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and KPI tracking systems for leadership teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to define data requirements and deliverables
- Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Implement data quality protocols and ensure accuracy of analytics outputs
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and measure campaign performance
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for efficiency and scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
- Certification in Tableau or Google Analytics preferred
